Tento v\u00fdvoj sa odzrkad\u013euje v postupn\u00fdch zmen\u00e1ch klimatick\u00fdch charakterist\u00edk \u00fazemia, ako aj v zvy\u0161uj\u00facej sa frekvencii a intenzite extr\u00e9mnych javov, ktor\u00e9 maj\u00fa priamy vplyv na pr\u00edrodn\u00e9 prostredie a kvalitu \u017eivota obyvate\u013eov.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">T\u00e1to problematika bola jednou z nosn\u00fdch t\u00e9m konferencie <strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/geoportal.bratislava.sk\/pfa\/apps\/storymaps\/stories\/4df1fbde449d44f580662fe198b5763d\"><strong>GIS Slovakia 2026<\/strong><\/a><\/strong>, kde bola prezentovan\u00e1 anal\u00fdza <em><a href=\"https:\/\/mapy.bratislava.sk\/mmba\/gis_slovakia\/2026\/Farkas.pdf\"><strong>Hodnotenie klimatick\u00fdch riz\u00edk v mest\u00e1ch Slovenskej republiky<\/strong><\/a><\/em> (Mgr. Ren\u00e1ta Farka\u0161, PhD.). Prezentovan\u00e9 v\u00fdsledky priniesli ucelen\u00fd poh\u013ead na priestorov\u00fa diferenci\u00e1ciu klimatick\u00fdch riz\u00edk v mestskom prostred\u00ed a vytvorili odborn\u00fd z\u00e1klad pre ich \u010fal\u0161ie analytick\u00e9 spracovanie na region\u00e1lnej \u00farovni.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Na z\u00e1klade odbornej spolupr\u00e1ce s autorkou anal\u00fdzy boli Oddeleniu d\u00e1t a anal\u00fdz poskytnut\u00e9 d\u00e1ta o vybran\u00fdch klimatick\u00fdch ukazovate\u013eoch pre mest\u00e1 Ko\u0161ick\u00e9ho samospr\u00e1vneho kraja. Medzi k\u013e\u00fa\u010dov\u00e9 indik\u00e1tory patria najm\u00e4 extr\u00e9mne teplotn\u00e9 epiz\u00f3dy, v\u00fdskyt sucha a intenzita extr\u00e9mnych zr\u00e1\u017ekov\u00fdch udalost\u00ed, ktor\u00e9 predstavuj\u00fa v\u00fdznamn\u00e9 rizikov\u00e9 faktory ovplyv\u0148uj\u00face kvalitu \u017eivota obyvate\u013eov \u00fazemia.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Spracovan\u00edm uveden\u00fdch d\u00e1t vznikol <strong>s\u00fahrnn\u00fd poh\u013ead na mestsk\u00e9 klimatick\u00e9 riziko v Ko\u0161ickom kraji<\/strong>, ktor\u00fd poskytuje z\u00e1klad pre jeho systematick\u00e9 sledovanie a interpret\u00e1ciu. V nadv\u00e4znosti na analytick\u00e9 spracovanie d\u00e1t bola vytvoren\u00e1 interakt\u00edvna mapov\u00e1 aplik\u00e1cia <strong><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/vucke.maps.arcgis.com\/apps\/mapviewer\/index.html?webmap=32ed5c061fd2494a960a078b1ce44c9b\">Mestsk\u00e9 klimatick\u00e9 riziko v Ko\u0161ickom kraji<\/a><\/strong><\/strong>. Jej cie\u013eom je spr\u00edstupni\u0165 komplexn\u00e9 inform\u00e1cie o klimatick\u00fdch rizik\u00e1ch v preh\u013eadnej geopriestorovej forme a umo\u017eni\u0165 ich porovnanie medzi jednotliv\u00fdmi mestami.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" style=\"border: none;\" src=\"https:\/\/vucke.maps.arcgis.com\/apps\/mapviewer\/index.html?webmap=32ed5c061fd2494a960a078b1ce44c9b\" width=\"100%\" height=\"600\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\r\n<p><\/p>\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Metodika spracovania<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<p>\r\n\r\n<\/p>\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nasledovn\u00e9 hodnotenie mestsk\u00e9ho klimatick\u00e9 rizika vych\u00e1dza z kombinovan\u00e9ho\u00a0pr\u00edstupu hodnotenia klimatick\u00fdch riz\u00edk, ktor\u00fd aplikoval In\u0161tit\u00fat environment\u00e1lnej politiky na stanovenie stup\u0148ov a\u00a0indexov ohrozenia jednotliv\u00fdmi dopadmi zmeny kl\u00edmy na Slovensku. Pre ka\u017ed\u00fd hlavn\u00fd dopad zmeny kl\u00edmy na Slovensku bola vyu\u017eit\u00e1 jedine\u010dn\u00e1 kombin\u00e1cia ukazovate\u013eov klimatick\u00e9ho, socio-demografick\u00e9ho a\u00a0pr\u00edrodn\u00e9ho charakteru. Tieto \u00fadaje boli \u010falej vyu\u017eit\u00e9 v\u00a0publik\u00e1ci\u00ed Farkas (2025) pre v\u00fdskum mestsk\u00e9ho klimatick\u00e9 rizika na Slovensku a\u00a0sl\u00fa\u017eia ako podklad pre spracovanie zhodnotenia aj na mestskej \u00farovni Ko\u0161ick\u00e9ho kraja.<\/p>\r\n<p>\r\n\r\n<\/p>\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Extr\u00e9mne hor\u00fa\u010davy<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<p>\r\n\r\n<\/p>\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Z\u00a0h\u013eadiska extr\u00e9mnych hor\u00fa\u010dav s\u00fa najviac ohrozen\u00e9 mest\u00e1 vo v\u00fdchodnej \u010dasti Ko\u0161ick\u00e9ho kraja. Patria sem \u010cierna nad Tisou, Kr\u00e1\u013eovsk\u00fd Chlmec, Sobrance a Ve\u013ek\u00e9 Kapu\u0161any. V\u0161etky uveden\u00e9 mest\u00e1 dosahuj\u00fa v\u00a0priemere vy\u0161e 26 tropick\u00fdch dn\u00ed v\u00a0roku a\u00a0v\u00a0r\u00e1mci uveden\u00e9ho kraja dosahuj\u00fa aj vysok\u00e9 primern\u00e9 po\u010dty tropick\u00fdch noc\u00ed. Naopak, menej s\u00fa ohrozen\u00e9 mest\u00e1 na Dolnom Spi\u0161i, napr. Spi\u0161sk\u00e1 Nov\u00e1 Ves, Spi\u0161sk\u00e9 Vlachy, Gelnica, ktor\u00e9 sa nach\u00e1dzaj\u00fa v\u00a0porovnan\u00ed s\u00a0najviac ohrozen\u00fdmi mestami vo vy\u0161\u0161\u00edch nadmorsk\u00fdch v\u00fd\u0161kach, \u010do ovplyv\u0148uje ni\u017e\u0161iu mieru ich ohrozenia extr\u00e9mnymi hor\u00fa\u010davami.<\/p>\r\n<p>\r\n\r\n<\/p>\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Sucho<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<p>\r\n\r\n<\/p>\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u010ciasto\u010dne podobn\u00fdmi z\u00e1konitos\u0165ami sa riadi na \u00fazem\u00ed Ko\u0161ick\u00e9ho kraja aj sucho, ktor\u00fdm najmenej trpia pr\u00e1ve mest\u00e1 v\u00a0\u010dlenitej\u0161om ter\u00e9ne Doln\u00e9ho Spi\u0161a. Suchom s\u00fa najviac ohrozen\u00e9 mnoh\u00e9 mestsk\u00e9 \u010dasti Ko\u0161\u00edc ako \u0160ebastovce, Nad Jazerom, Barca, Juh a\u00a0Lun\u00edk IX a \u010fal\u0161ie. Uveden\u00e9 ohrozenie na \u00fazem\u00ed Ko\u0161\u00edc by bolo mo\u017en\u00e9 zn\u00ed\u017ei\u0165 napr\u00edklad pripojen\u00edm v\u00e4\u010d\u0161ieho po\u010dtu obyvate\u013eov na verejn\u00fd vodovod, ktor\u00fd predstavuje zaost\u00e1vaj\u00facu oblas\u0165 jeho mestsk\u00e9ho rozvoja, ke\u010f\u017ee podie\u013e obyvate\u013estva s\u00a0pripojen\u00edm na vodovod dosahuje na \u00fazem\u00ed Ko\u0161\u00edc iba 82 %.<\/p>\r\n<p>\r\n\r\n<\/p>\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Extr\u00e9mne zr\u00e1\u017eky<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<p>\r\n\r\n<\/p>\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">V pr\u00edpade extr\u00e9mnych zr\u00e1\u017eok m\u00f4\u017eeme spozorova\u0165 na prilo\u017eenej mapovej aplik\u00e1ci\u00ed op\u00e4\u0165 v\u00fdrazn\u00fd rozdiel v ohrozen\u00ed z\u00e1padnej a v\u00fdchodnej \u010dasti Ko\u0161ick\u00e9ho kraja. V porovnan\u00ed s extr\u00e9mnymi hor\u00fa\u010davami je ni\u017e\u0161ia ohrozenos\u0165 na v\u00fdchode kraja, konkr\u00e9tne vo Ve\u013ek\u00fdch Kapu\u0161anoch, Trebi\u0161ove, \u010ciernej nad Tisou. Naopak, extr\u00e9mnymi zr\u00e1\u017ekami je mimoriadne ohrozen\u00e1 Dob\u0161in\u00e1, pri ktorej vy\u0161\u0161iu ohrozenos\u0165 mestsk\u00e9ho prostredia sp\u00f4sobuje nepriazniv\u00e1 s\u00fahra viacer\u00fdch ukazovate\u013eov. Mesto m\u00e1 napr\u00edklad vysok\u00fa mieru (9,8 %) nezamestnanosti, ktor\u00e1 negat\u00edvne ovplyv\u0148uje prisp\u00f4sobenie obyvate\u013estva na pr\u00edrodn\u00e9 katastrofy a\u00a0ne\u010dakan\u00e9 udalosti (napr. menej vlastn\u00fdch finan\u010dn\u00fdch prostriedkov na poistenie proti povodniam). Dob\u0161in\u00e1 je taktie\u017e historick\u00fdm ban\u00edckym mestom, ktor\u00e9 m\u00e1 v\u00a0s\u00fa\u010dasnosti pomerne vysok\u00fd stupe\u0148 er\u00f3zie p\u00f4dy (3,25). Mimoriadne vysok\u00e9 riziko ohrozenia extr\u00e9mnymi zr\u00e1\u017ekami m\u00e1 aj mestsk\u00e1 \u010das\u0165 Ko\u0161ice-Dargovsk\u00fdch Hrdinov, ktor\u00e1 okrem vysok\u00e9ho stup\u0148a er\u00f3zie (2,71) sa vyzna\u010duje aj ve\u013emi nestabilnou p\u00f4dou n\u00e1chylnou na zosuvy (129,48).<\/p>\r\n<p>\r\n\r\n<\/p>\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>S\u00fahrnn\u00fd poh\u013ead na mestsk\u00e9 klimatick\u00e9 riziko<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<p>\r\n\r\n<\/p>\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Po s\u010d\u00edtan\u00ed jednotliv\u00fdch stup\u0148ov ohrozenia na extr\u00e9mne hor\u00fa\u010davy, sucho a extr\u00e9mne zr\u00e1\u017eky v\u00fdsledky v mapovej <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/vucke.maps.arcgis.com\/apps\/mapviewer\/index.html?webmap=32ed5c061fd2494a960a078b1ce44c9b\">Mestsk\u00e9 klimatick\u00e9 riziko v Ko\u0161ickom kraji<\/a><\/strong> ukazuj\u00fa najvy\u0161\u0161iu ohrozenos\u0165 zmenou kl\u00edmy na \u00fazem\u00ed mesta Ko\u0161ice, a to najm\u00e4 v jej v\u00fdchodnej \u010dasti (Dargovsk\u00fdch Hrdinov, Ko\u0161ick\u00e1 Nov\u00e1 Ves, Vy\u0161n\u00e9 Op\u00e1tske a Kr\u00e1sna). Naopak, zmenou kl\u00edmy s\u00fa najmenej ohrozen\u00e9 mest\u00e1 na z\u00e1pad od Ko\u0161\u00edc (Spi\u0161sk\u00e9 Vlachy, Krompachy, Gelnica).<\/p>\r\n<p>\r\n\r\n<\/p>\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Mgr. Identifik\u00e1cia a priestorov\u00e1 diferenci\u00e1cia klimatick\u00fdch riz\u00edk umo\u017e\u0148uj\u00fa cielenej\u0161ie nastavovanie opatren\u00ed, prioritiz\u00e1ciu intervenci\u00ed a efekt\u00edvnej\u0161ie smerovanie verejn\u00fdch polit\u00edk na \u00farovni miest a regi\u00f3nu. Z\u00e1rove\u0148 vytvoren\u00e1 mapov\u00e1 aplik\u00e1cia prispieva k systematick\u00e9mu spr\u00edstup\u0148ovaniu d\u00e1t a zvy\u0161ovaniu informovanosti odbornej aj laickej verejnosti o dopadoch klimatickej zmeny na lok\u00e1lnej \u00farovni. Na z\u00e1ver patr\u00ed po\u010fakovanie Mgr.
